Who Am I

I’m Mitchell Brown, a passionate advocate for the success and growth of independent insurance agencies. With nearly two decades of experience in the insurance and risk management industry, I’ve dedicated my career to helping agencies thrive in an increasingly competitive market. My journey has led me to assist in the founding of over 100 agencies, and I’ve had the privilege of mentoring more than 300 existing agencies, guiding them through the challenges of scaling their businesses, optimizing their operations, and enhancing their client relationships through agency consulting. My approach is deeply rooted in practical experience at running Insurance Agencies and working at and with the top agency partnerships in the country, establishing a firm foundation in the industry. I have sold Insurance from California to Virginia and most states in between. I have come away with a deep commitment to empowering agency owners with the tools, strategies, and insights they need to succeed.
